Located in the picturesque countryside of Delph in Saddleworth, our modern, friendly private ultrasound clinic is within easy reach of Manchester, Oldham, Huddersfield Rochdale & Tameside. Our family run clinic enables us to provide a 'One to One' personal baby scan experience.
We offer a wide range of baby scan packages to suit your needs through your pregnancy journey. As parents ourselves we understand that, on occasions, pregnancy can be a anxious time so, along with our baby bonding scan packages we also offer the option of reassurance scans to put your mind at ease, so you can fully enjoy your pregnancy.
We recognise that you may wish to share your 2D 3D 4D and 5D baby scan experience with those closest to you, therefore we welcome parties of up to 5 people in total and we are always happy for this to include children.
While you are with us we aim to be completely focussed on you, your guests and your baby. If you have any special requests or issues that you wish to share with us before you attend the clinic please email us or send us a WhatsApp. We will try to the best of our ability to provide what you need.
We are lucky to have a large waiting area separate to the clinic. This means that only one party at a time will be in the clinic. You will never feel rushed due to another party waiting to come in. Our longer appointment times mean that we can relax and concentrate on the experience
To complete your experience we offer a range of high quality accompaniment's including:
Black and white pictures - thermal images printed from the ultrasound machine. The same type as you get from your hospital scans.
Colour Pictures - our colour pictures are printed out on high quality A6 postcards.
USB sticks - we will save every image and video clip from you scan for you. If you chose to come back for a second scan we can save the images from additional scans for a small charge.
Gender Reveal Products - we stock gender reveal cannons. We have confetti cannons and confetti and smoke cannons. If you want to find out the gender of your little miracle at a different time we can give you the cannon you need without revealing if its pink or blue. We also stock scratch cards and mini confetti pops.
Pulse-beat teddies - we stock a large range of gorgeous teddies from pink or blue bunnies to traditional brown or grey teddies. The are 16" and contain a recordable unit that contains your babies heart beat. The recordable unit has an internal memory so if the batteries run out and need replacing the recording won't be lost. They make beautiful gifts and would look amazing in the nursery
Meet Our Main Sonographer and Registered Manager
Hi my name is Amy.
I am the main sonographer and manager here at Little Miracles
I have worked, and continue to work, within the NHS for 21 years. Firstly as a radiographer then specialising in ultrasound 16 years ago. For my 16 years as a sonographer I have worked within busy antenatal clinics performing all types of diagnostic scans at all stages of pregnancy. I have worked within early pregnancy clinics, scanning ladies who are experiencing problems such as pain or bleeding. Working in ante natal clinics for many years means that I am highly experienced in performing dating scans, 20 weeks scans and growth scans.
For the last few years before opening Little Miracles I also worked a lot behind the scenes in the ultrasound department, performing image quality audits, protocol writing and working with NHS England to make sure our department was working to a high standard and keeping patients safe. I continue to work within the NHS so I am completely up to date with the most current and relevant practices and information. This is of paramount importance to my work here at Little Miracles, as a potential visitor you can be safe in the knowledge that I, and all our staff are, medically trained and can talk you through all your questions.
I am absolutely passionate about pregnancy ultrasound and the roll that bonding scans can play in your pregnancy along side your medical NHS scans. Bonding is so important for reducing anxiety and stress during your pregnancy as well as building up that bond with your little miracle before they even arrive. Sharing these experiences is also important. It is wonderful to be able to bring along your nearest and dearest to share in the bonding experience. These memories are absolutely priceless.
My husband and I opened Little Miracles in order to provide pregnant ladies and those closest to them with an intimate, precious bonding experience with their 'Little Miracles', creating unforgettable memories.
We are passionate about being client focused, we welcome any special requests and will work with you, to the very best of our abilities, to provide what you need. Our focus will be completely on you while you are with us. To do this we offer longer appointment times than, most other clinics.
